Qualifications

Ideal Candidate ProfileAcademic BackgroundA higher education degree in business administration, information management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Professional certification in relevant disciplines would be an advantage. Professional ExperienceAt least three years of experience in a client service professional environment, providing large-scale direct client services in a complex corporate and/or international setting. Experience in project management. Experience in building, developing, and leading high-performing teams. Supplier management experience preferred. Experience in activity analysis, trend identification, and proposing and implementing improvements.

Main Responsibilities

Management, Analysis, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement

  • Assist in the management of the Unit to implement the work program and foster staff development.
  • Prepare billing for services, budget estimates, expenditure plans, financial analyses, forecasts, and management reports as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Unit Chief to analyze unit activities to evolve the service offerings for the Organization. Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices and the design and aggregation of unit KPIs and activity reports.
  • Promote excellence and contribute to improving effectiveness, efficiency, and managerial excellence within the Service.
  • Act as the Unit Chief when necessary.
  • Support other related tasks as required.

Service Delivery

  • Provide high-quality, cost-effective mail and printing services for the OECD. Standardize processes to ensure a high level of user satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the evolution of service offerings by integrating new solutions and work methods aligned with recognized industry methodologies. This includes keeping processes, forms, and documents updated and easily accessible.
  • Participate in managing relationships with external suppliers and procurement procedures as needed, such as drafting technical requirements and analyzing responses to tenders.
  • Establish and manage contracts to deliver effective services that provide good value for money to meet evolving institutional needs.
