We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the pivotal role of Deputy Finance Director. This senior leadership position will serve as the functional lead for the OakNorth Group’s financial reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory oversight. You will be responsible for the financial close, statutory accounts, and tax obligations across various jurisdictions, ensuring robust governance of our regulatory reporting framework.
In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily financial control processes, lead and nurture finance teams in India, and collaborate closely with the Head of Finance & Controls to advance strategic priorities. This hands-on leadership position requires a balance of operational excellence and active participation in key group initiatives.
