Completed training as a Medical Technical Radiology Assistant (MTRA) (m/f/d) with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. Solid professional knowledge and a proactive approach to career development. Proficient in IT and competent in commonly used text and data processing applications. Strong team player with excellent analytical skills, social competence, and methodological expertise. Ideally, some experience in instructing and guiding others on equipment usage. Structured and independent working style. Interest in staying current with the latest developments in the field. We encourage motivated individuals who are eager to grow into a responsible leadership role and have already pursued initial training opportunities.

About the job

  • You will assume technical leadership and professional responsibility across a wide range of imaging procedures, including but not limited to:
    • Conventional digital X-ray diagnostics with solid-state detectors and CR systems,
    • Interdisciplinary ultrasound applications,
    • Digital mammography,
    • Four state-of-the-art CT scanners (including photon-counting CT),
    • Two MRI machines operating at 1.5 T,
    • Two angiography and fluoroscopy workstations,
    • PET-CT and gamma camera operations.
  • Participation in shift duties and on-call services, with readiness to work at all locations.
  • Development and review of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Experience and training in quality management, hygiene, occupational safety, radiation protection, and medical device responsibility.
  • Key involvement in quality assurance initiatives.
  • Leadership of MTRA and other non-physician staff across two locations, promoting an open and cooperative management style in close collaboration with medical leadership, including innovative staff development and regular performance reviews.
