- Lead and manage a team throughout the project life cycle, ensuring effective planning, budgeting, scheduling, and tracking of project plans.
- Monitor project progress, establish deadlines, and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve team performance and set cohesive team goals.
- Conduct resource planning and provide continuous support and escalation for project managers.
- Take ownership to meet delivery timelines, budget constraints, and quality commitments.
- Oversee large scale projects involving third-party collaborations and specialized equipment.
- Perform regular project and risk reviews to ensure projects are executed as scheduled.
- Manage project activities from post-sales order through to successful site acceptance testing at customer locations.
- Engage with customers, sales teams, technical sales, design, procurement, and all relevant stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Implement change management processes effectively.
- Conduct risk management and implement cost control measures, providing MIS reports to management.
- Track project scope, alterations, and progress effectively.
- Coordinate with customers for product trials and arrange necessary materials.
- Drive projects through each milestone until quality clearance is achieved.
- Oversee coordination with customers and internal teams until project closure and handover.
