We are on the lookout for a seasoned Deputy Manager to oversee operations at our prestigious GastroPub in Solihull. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. As the Deputy Manager, you will assume full responsibility in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring the venue runs smoothly while providing an unforgettable experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a dedicated team of 15-20 staff members to deliver exceptional service.
- Act as the primary point of contact in the absence of the General Manager.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere by being the ultimate host, engaging with both regulars and new customers.
- Quickly adapt to changing situations and resolve challenges on the spot.
- Possess a valid driver's license and personal transport for ease of commuting.
