Role Overview

The Design Architect for Data Centers will play a pivotal role in shaping architectural solutions for mission-critical projects. This position emphasizes design development, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and comprehensive documentation.

In collaboration with a senior architect, you will create coordinated, technically robust, and constructible designs while gaining valuable insights into data center planning and multidisciplinary integration.

Key Responsibilities
Architectural Design & Development

Assist in schematic and detailed design (LOD200–350).
Develop plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
Support data hall layouts and space planning initiatives.

BIM Modelling & Documentation (Core Role)

Develop and manage Revit models.
Prepare construction drawings, schedules, and documentation.
Create parametric families and drawing sets.

Coordination with MEP & Other Disciplines

Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, ELV, and Structural teams.
Support clash detection and resolution processes.
Implement design modifications based on coordination feedback.

Documentation & Deliverables

Assist in preparing technical reports, BOQs, and specifications.
Ensure the quality and consistency of drawings.

Project & Team Support
