Position Overview

As a key player in significant infrastructure initiatives, you will review architectural drawings, challenge existing assumptions, and verify that designs align with required standards.

  • Complex stakeholder demands
  • Coordination among various disciplines

You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to identify issues early, influence decision-making, and ensure projects remain on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review architectural drawings and Revit models for technical precision and compliance
  • Translate intricate project specifications into straightforward guidelines for design teams and contractors
  • Detect discrepancies, clashes, and risks proactively to prevent on-site complications
  • Facilitate alignment between architecture, structural elements, and services
  • Manage design alterations, comprehending the reasons behind changes and their implications
  • Guide teams to adhere to Australian Standards, the Building Code of Australia, and accessibility norms
  • Distill complex technical challenges into practical, comprehensible advice
  • Contribute to enhancements in technical delivery across projects
