Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams across various offices or regions. Excellent client engagement and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with state government transport agencies or similar clients. A strong commitment to delivering infrastructure that benefits regional communities and fosters long-term development.

Your Impact:

Oversee and execute transport infrastructure projects, emphasizing highways and road design, to achieve exceptional results during detailed design phases.
Take full ownership of project packages, ensuring accountability for scope, timeline, technical delivery, and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with AECOM teams across Australia and New Zealand, utilizing our national design capabilities to successfully navigate complex infrastructure projects.
Serve as the primary client liaison, cultivating trusted relationships with government and infrastructure clients.
Manage the entire project delivery process, including design management, resource allocation, program oversight, and technical coordination.
Provide technical leadership in transport and highway design, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and best practices.
Contribute to the growth of AECOM’s regional transport capabilities by strengthening delivery teams and mentoring emerging engineers.
