You will guide a team of designers and consultants, offering support and direction throughout the design process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external consultants to enhance collaboration and communication.
- Conduct regular design evaluations, offering constructive feedback and suggestions to uphold quality and adherence to design principles.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to foster innovation in design methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and deliver design proposals to clients and stakeholders, integrating their feedback into the design process.
