About the job
Are you passionate about creating intelligent structures and collaborating within a design team? Join us in building the sustainable buildings of tomorrow.
What does a Designing Structural Engineer do?
You translate architectural concepts into intelligent, constructive solutions. From the initial sketch design, you actively engage with architects, installers, and other specialists. As a structural engineer, you make design choices, develop structural concepts, and provide guidance to colleagues and clients, always with a focus on sustainability, feasibility, and safety. Whether it's concrete, steel, or wooden constructions, you ensure that the design is robust. The advantage of working at Antea Group? You will contribute to construction and renovation projects that matter. Our diverse project portfolio includes offices, laboratories, schools, sports facilities, and industrial buildings. Plus, if you're eager to help strengthen our team and boost our presence in Southwest Netherlands, you'll have all the space and trust to do so.
What you will enjoy doing:
Conceiving creative and technical solutions for structural challenges;
Collaborating in the design process and working within design teams;
Independently designing and developing structures from initial sketches to completion;
Making sustainable choices to ensure buildings are future-proof;
Engaging in discussions with colleagues from civil engineering, installation technology, and building physics.
Who will you work with?
You will join a close-knit and collegial team within the Building advisory group. Here, you will collaborate with professionals who support each other, share knowledge, and collectively build quality. You will be involved from the outset of the project and work closely with project leaders, fellow advisors, and specialists in civil engineering, installation technology, and building physics.
Would you prefer to work from Capelle aan den IJssel or Oosterhout? The choice of your workplace is yours.
