Role Overview
The Desktop Support Analyst will join the Align Managed Services team, providing support for end users across managed services clients. This position involves monitoring and assisting with both critical and non-critical IT assets. The role suits someone who communicates clearly, delivers strong customer service, and troubleshoots issues efficiently. Experience supporting executive or VIP users is helpful but not required.
Key Details
- Hybrid schedule: onsite presence required three days per week at client sites in Newark or Mountainside, NJ, or at the NYC office.
- Participation in a rotating support coverage schedule is required.
