Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Image and install software on Windows and Apple laptops/desktops, including IMAC configurations. Troubleshoot post-deployment issues across multiple platforms: Windows, Macintosh, and mobile devices. Handle printer installation and maintenance. Manage hardware disposal, redeployment, and asset reclamation. Coordinate shipping logistics. Oversee data backup and recovery processes. Conduct hardware refresh initiatives. Manage warranty and out-of-warranty repairs and replacements. Provide walk-up support and manage spare parts inventory. Support executive (VIP) users and audio/video requirements, including health checks. Oversee inventory and asset management within depot operations. Collaborate with external vendors for dispatch support. Identify and resolve hardware and software conflicts. Manage service requests, including classification, assignment, tracking, and completion. Ensure proper asset tagging and entry of incoming equipment into the management system. Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring hardware is updated in management systems. Provide weekly inventory reports and monitor hardware outflows. Work with suppliers to schedule repairs for malfunctioning equipment. Ensure all resolutions align with company standards and policies. Qualifications:3-5 years of IT experience, including technical training. Proficient in Windows and Macintosh platforms (including portable devices) and Microsoft Office applications. Experience with imaging Windows 10 OS. Familiarity with basic networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, Windows Networking, Ethernet). Experience with networked printers (queue creation, server maintenance). Proficient in PC-based word processing, presentation, and email software.
