• Candidates must possess the ability to diagnose and resolve intricate issues related to Microsoft Operating Systems, as well as configure and install essential applications, and manage the installation or removal of desktop PCs and monitors.

• Responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows operating systems, hardware, and software.

• Involves desktop and laptop installation, configuration, and upgrading.

• Must have functional knowledge of Mac and Windows client/server configurations, software, connectivity, and troubleshooting.

• Provide support and resolve issues with Windows XP and Windows 7 migrations.

• Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, and other Microsoft products.
