We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Microsoft operating systems, configure and install standard applications, and manage the installation or removal of desktop PCs and monitors.

Key responsibilities include:

Performing installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows operating systems, hardware, and software.
Executing desktop and laptop setup, configuration, and upgrades.
Applying functional knowledge of MAC and Windows client/server configurations, including software and connectivity troubleshooting.
Providing support for Windows XP and Windows 7 migrations.
Assisting with Microsoft Office, MS Outlook, and other Microsoft products.
Offering remote and CTS support, utilizing SCCM, and managing incidents, including break/fix tasks.
