Serve as the main point of communication between the Malaga office and senior management, updating on project statuses and priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional tech, product, and operations teams to align the Malaga hub’s objectives with the overall company strategy. Act as the local representative for senior leadership, providing office updates. Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Oversee the onboarding and engagement of new employees, partnering with HR to enhance retention and talent development. Contribute to the Malaga office growth strategy by identifying areas for improvement and alignment with company goals. Analyze and report on performance metrics and workforce needs. Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to strengthen relationships that enhance the Malaga hub’s contribution to the organization.
