Your Responsibilities:

Lead R&D projects and sub-projects from the concept phase to completion, managing schedules, risks, and stakeholder communication
Design and develop mechanical components using CAD software, ensuring feasibility, manufacturability, and compliance with industry standards
Create and maintain technical drawings, 3D models, and design documentation to support new product development and innovations
Develop new products from initial concept through pilot series to series production
Plan and budget for development projects
Research, assess, and negotiate with external partners and suppliers
Closely monitor and manage suppliers and their respective contributions
