Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of solid experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Systems Engineering, ideally across varied environments. Extensive knowledge of cloud environments, particularly Azure, including the design and management of scalable, cloud-native infrastructures. Proficient in automation and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps. Proficient in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell to minimize manual effort and enhance system maintainability. Experience in managing production databases, including schema changes, data migrations, and observability tools. Familiarity with . NET/C# and web development frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus for better collaboration with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage both legacy self-hosted systems and contemporary cloud environments to enhance automation and dependability.

  • Simplify complex manual workflows into streamlined, reproducible automated processes and CI/CD pipelines for rapid and secure code deployment.

  • Oversee significant data and system modifications in production, establishing automation and safety measures to ensure predictable and low-risk workflows.

  • Incorporate practical security enhancements into tools and workflows, ensuring deployment scripts are secure and minimizing risky manual operations.

  • Collaborate with global teams to manage urgent releases while integrating SOC2 compliance practices directly into automation and process design.
