As a Marketing Automation Consultant at Fingerspitz, you will be an integral part of one of the three online marketing teams. Are you ready for an exciting blend of marketing & technology within a data-driven team with amazing clients?Your Role as a Marketing Automation Consultant at Fingerspitz:Monitor market developments and emerging technologies;Assess client situations and needs, translating these into concrete recommendations including necessary tools, both from the office/home and on-site at client locations;Implement proprietary and third-party tools or a combination of both;Conduct audits: inventory and provide advice on the marketing technology stack for clients;Propose new solutions for existing clients, such as smart chatbots, business intelligence, AR/VR, and leveraging machine learning;Follow up on your own recommendations: deliver martech custom solutions for clients;Collaborate in (client) brainstorming sessions on smart utilization of available data or data solutions;Engage in weekly alignment of tasks with the team + daily stand-ups;Facilitate knowledge development and sharing (e.g., via Slack and training sessions for clients and colleagues);Your main KPIs include client outcomes, customer satisfaction, and the adoption of data and automation solutions throughout Fingerspitz. You will report to the Manager of Data & Automation.Your Challenges?You will create measurement plans and support the implementation of digital analytics, tag management, customer data, and marketing automation platforms, structurally assisting clients and teams with various inquiries.Moreover, you ensure that data collection fully aligns with the digital strategy we collaboratively develop with clients in multidisciplinary teams.
