Qualifications
Responsibilities Design and implement automated deployment pipelines for our cloud services. Work alongside development teams to streamline and automate build, deployment, and release processes. Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure to guarantee high availability and optimal performance. Apply and uphold security best practices to safeguard our cloud services and client data. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment challenges. Manage and scale our containerized applications with orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Collaborate with diverse teams to design and implement infrastructure enhancements. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in DevOps and cloud technologies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Demonstrated experience as a DevOps Manager, Senior Engineer, or in a comparable role. Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud. Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell. Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI. Strong grasp of networking and security principles. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Fluent in both Chinese and English due to team management requirements. A minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity.
