Role Overview: Digital Business Development Manager
Based in Sydney, this role focuses on expanding TransPerfect Digital’s reach. The Digital Business Development Manager finds and develops new client relationships, guiding them from first contact through the full campaign lifecycle. This position suits sales professionals with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a background in digital solutions.
What You Will Do
- Identify and secure new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, and attending trade shows or regional events.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, moving prospects through each step of the sales process.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by providing strong service and applying industry knowledge.
- Design and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
- Carry out daily outreach with direct mail, digital marketing, and cold calls to potential clients.
- Deepen understanding of TransPerfect’s services and how they support clients across many industries.
Who We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in digital solutions.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a track record of meeting sales goals.
- Comfort with prospecting, networking, and engaging clients at events.
