Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the client account team to drive business development initiatives, including leading Request for Proposals (RFPs), developing solutions, and engaging in client presentations and commercial discussions.
- Support business diagnosis and strategic planning efforts.
- Document current processes in key finance areas.
- Conduct gap analyses between current processes and industry best practices, proposing targeted solutions for prioritized gaps.
- Define the division of processes among Shared Services, Business Units, and Centers of Excellence.
- Design future processes and roles by leveraging best practices and enabling technologies.
- Assist in establishing reporting requirements for operational reports, service level agreements, and process KPIs.
- Support the management of process transitions, knowledge transfers, and process reengineering initiatives.
- Help design and implement shared services operating models, including governance and service management frameworks.
- Conduct business case analyses for shared services, outsourcing advisory, operational transformations, and process improvement programs.
- Guide clients in selecting enabling technologies for shared service/captive centers and prioritize their implementation.
- Assist in the implementation of business architecture activities.
- Define testing and implementation protocols for architectures, capabilities, and processes.
- Prepare clients for deployment through comprehensive communication and training strategies.
