We are in search of a Digital Learning Partner who will take a strategic, creative, and forward-thinking approach to our digital learning initiatives. This role integrates learning design, platform enhancement, stakeholder engagement, and digital problem-solving, ensuring our colleagues access meaningful and accessible learning resources within their workflow.
As a vital steward of our Access LMS and Thrive content ecosystem, you will influence how our team interacts with digital learning, from content creation and campaign management to enhancing platform usability and supporting colleagues in optimizing their learning tools. You'll enjoy the freedom to innovate, test new ideas, and drive ongoing improvements across our digital learning landscape.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and implement digital learning solutions utilizing M365, our LMS/LXP, and other platforms.
- Embed learning into daily workflows through user-friendly, intuitive digital ecosystems.
- Conduct UX and accessibility evaluations to ensure adherence to digital design standards.
- Leverage learning data and platform analytics to measure impact and identify areas for enhancement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and leadership to create digital learning that enhances capabilities and supports development pathways.
- Influence and engage stakeholders to guarantee solutions are effective, performance-driven, and strategically aligned.
- Integrate digital learning into broader L&D initiatives, including onboarding, leadership development, and sales capability.
- Manage and maintain the LMS: content updates, optimization, learner inquiries, and supplier relationships.
- Develop user guides, workflow instructions, training materials, and conduct training to enhance digital proficiency.
- Analyze system usage and learner feedback to promote enhancements and elevate the learner experience.
- Collaborate with L&D and People Systems teams to deliver cohesive and integrated learning experiences.
- Continuously investigate emerging learning technologies, trends, and digital methodologies.
