Digital Marketing Intern – Chicago, IL
POSITION SUMMARY
Join our dynamic team as a Digital Marketing Intern where you will acquire essential skills to effectively promote our organization and its innovative products/services within a specified region, contributing to revenue growth and sustainability.
During your internship, you'll explore various digital marketing platforms, including HubSpot, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others. Each week, you'll delve into new digital marketing strategies and learn how to effectively connect with our target audience. By the conclusion of your internship, you will design a comprehensive marketing campaign that integrates multiple digital channels.
Your role will also involve delivering end-to-end marketing services, including the development, support, and execution of localized marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation, nurturing, and enhancing brand awareness, all aligned with our overarching marketing objectives to drive sales growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and execute impactful client acquisition initiatives in line with global marketing strategies, focusing on lead generation, thought leadership, webinars, go-to-market campaigns, events, and awards to foster substantial revenue growth.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to utilize existing content, campaigns, and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to plan, build, manage, and monitor budgets.
- Create automated communication plans by developing and editing targeted content, scheduling activities, ensuring branding compliance, and analyzing metrics to evaluate effectiveness and return on investment.
- Assist with internal communications as needed.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across all platforms, utilizing marketing automation tools and reporting on ROI and KPI.
- Share plans and campaign strategies with team members to encourage the reuse and replication of best practices.
- Conduct research and provide analytical support across all marketing activities.
- Perform administrative tasks as necessary.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
- Previous experience in B2B, technical product, or software marketing is preferred.
- Familiarity with best practices for social media, public relations, and email marketing programs is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, InDesign, etc.).
- A strong desire to learn about digital marketing trends and techniques.
