Key ResponsibilitiesKey Account Strategy & Leadership:Act as the primary point of contact and strategic ally for a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and significant revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling. Design and advocate for comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies that integrate Influencer Marketing, Performance Media (such as SEM, Paid Social), and various Digital Marketing channels. Facilitate quarterly and annual planning sessions with key clients, delivering complex strategies, performance outcomes, and future growth opportunities to C-level and senior marketing stakeholders. Oversee the complete ownership of the P&L and financial well-being of the Key Account portfolio. Influencer Marketing (IM) & Digital Marketing (DM) Execution:Manage the comprehensive execution of large-scale influencer campaigns, covering talent scouting, contract negotiations, content approval, and final performance evaluations. Lead the Digital Marketing team to optimize performance campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to achieve and surpass client objectives.
