Role Overview: Digital Marketing Manager

This position leads digital marketing for The Watermark Hotel and its venues in Tysons, Virginia. The Digital Marketing Manager will shape and execute social media strategy across multiple platforms, highlighting unique spaces such as The Watermark Hotel, Perch Putt (an 18-hole mini-golf course), the restaurant Wren, and a new Tokyo-inspired cocktail lounge.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns for The Watermark Hotel and associated venues.
  • Oversee social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging brand messaging.
  • Capture and curate photography that showcases culinary offerings and venue experiences.
  • Analyze engagement metrics to refine and improve marketing strategies.
  • Juggle multiple projects in a hospitality setting where attention to detail matters.

  • Strong storytelling skills, able to convey the personality of each venue.
  • Experience in digital marketing, especially for hospitality or lifestyle brands.
  • Comfort with photography and visual content creation.
