Role Overview
The Paid Search Executive supports the global paid search strategy, reporting to the Senior Paid Search Manager. This role suits someone looking to deepen their experience in digital and performance marketing, working within a collaborative and creative team.
What You Will Do
- Develop and run Paid Search and Shopping campaigns across global markets.
- Handle account hygiene, including Search Query Reports (SQRs), negative keyword management, and regular account status checks.
- Assist in preparing weekly performance reports, track results against forecasts, and recommend optimizations.
- Support budget tracking and help improve campaign efficiency.
- Monitor and adjust bidding strategies, impression share, and quality scores, while analyzing consumer behavior.
- Suggest new approaches to improve campaign performance.
- Work with the content and translations team to ensure marketing assets are delivered on time.
- Assist with financial processes, including raising purchase orders and monthly account reconciliation.
- Collaborate with SEO, CRM, and E-commerce teams to support customer growth and retention.
- Stay informed about market trends and industry changes.
