As a Digital Marketing Specialist focusing on SEO and PPC at Crewbloom, you will work closely with our dynamic Marketing team to develop and manage engaging digital content. Your primary goal will be to elevate our digital presence across multiple platforms, enhance user experience for potential clients and current customers, and drive business growth through effective pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute innovative search engine marketing (SEM) and PPC strategies.
- Take ownership of digital ad campaigns and optimize them for maximum effectiveness.
- Craft compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences.
- Evaluate and report on key campaign metrics, including clicks, impressions, and conversion rates.
- Analyze SEM efforts to inform and adapt future marketing strategies proactively.
- Conduct thorough keyword and competitor research to identify opportunities.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in online advertising.
- Develop creative methods to increase traffic to our websites.
- Utilize Google Ads and other digital marketing tools to enhance campaign performance.
- Manage and optimize Crewbloom’s Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and similar accounts to generate leads.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive digital marketing initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Experience in reporting and analyzing campaign performance is crucial.
- Solid knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics is highly desirable.
