Required Qualifications: Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is required. Degrees in related fields such as Engineering or Mathematics will be considered if they include coursework in foundational CS areas, including algorithms, computer architecture (excluding network architecture), programming methodologies and languages, data structures, logic and computation, and advanced mathematics (e.g., calculus, discrete mathematics). Information Technology (IT) and Information Security (IS) degrees may also be relevant if they provide coursework equivalent to a Computer Science major. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 4 years of relevant experience with an Associate degree. Relevant Experience: Must have experience in computer or information systems design, development, or analysis roles. This may also encompass hardware/software engineering, programming, cybersecurity, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, systems engineering, or network and systems administration. Completion of military training in relevant fields, such as the Joint Cyber Analysis Course (JCAC), may count towards the experience requirement.
