About the Internship:

The Digital Success team empowers Okta customers of all sizes to effectively adopt our platform and enhance their investment. We serve as the link between customer challenges and tangible benefits, guiding organizations from onboarding to successful renewals.

As a Digital Success Intern specializing in Automated Field Insights, you will play a crucial role in our mission to scale value realization by utilizing advanced automation and AI technologies to provide insights at scale. Throughout your internship, you will contribute to high-impact initiatives that influence how our customers perceive value.

Your Responsibilities Include:

Content Audit & Optimization: Spearhead a comprehensive audit of our automated presentation materials, ensuring content remains relevant, on-brand, and consistent across our decks and Highspot. Collaborate cross-functionally to uphold a "single source of truth" while identifying opportunities to leverage AI for ongoing content management.
Customer Sentiment & Gong Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of Gong data from customer calls. Identify emerging business objectives (particularly around AI adoption), uncover recurring themes, and align these insights with our current Matik content to suggest impactful updates.
AI Functionality Exploration: Serve as the team's "AI Scout" by investigating Platform AI capabilities. Evaluate and create internal use cases for AI Insights, AI Query Builder, and email to enhance our digital success strategy.
Strategic Execution: Pinpoint incremental improvements for existing programs based on product usage data and feedback from the broader Customer Success organization.
Stakeholder Presentation: Wrap up your internship by presenting your findings, AI recommendations, and project impact to Okta leadership and key stakeholders.
