Role Overview

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Lead and cultivate a high-performing team responsible for managing Verto's most significant and strategic accounts, ensuring a profound understanding of each client's business, their growth aspirations, and the essential role Verto plays in their operations.

  • Forge and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers across Verto's strategic accounts, acting as an executive sponsor and escalation point to protect and enhance these partnerships.

  • Inspire and mentor a dynamic Account Management team, instilling a proactive, commercial mindset and transitioning the team from reactive support to structured, strategic account ownership.

  • Design and implement scalable account management processes that encourage proactive engagement, early risk identification, and consistent value delivery across Verto's strategic account portfolio.
