Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement strategies to stimulate business growth and revenue through proactive sales efforts.
- Partner with the marketing team to design and execute initiatives aimed at exploring new business channels.
- Utilize sales automation, artificial intelligence, funnel management, and prospecting tools to cultivate a robust sales pipeline.
- Establish objectives for the business development team and devise strategies to achieve these targets.
- Generate financial reports and revenue forecasts.
- Build and sustain valuable relationships through networking, meetings, and a strong presence on social media.
- Conduct product demonstrations and develop strategies for fostering partnerships to scale the business.
- Manage and direct the outbound sales team's performance, overseeing audits and enabling sales capabilities.
- Train new sales team members on executing complete outbound sales activities.
- Implement KPI tracking via HubSpot dashboards.
- Continuously refine and improve the outbound efforts of the sales team to align with organizational strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and leading sales teams within funded or bootstrapped startups.
- Demonstrable success in establishing profitable relationships with potential clients and partners through social selling and networking.
- Experience in developing sales pipelines and creating effective sales workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with technology.
- Capability to manage complex projects and produce critical business reports.
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive with minimal supervision, be proactive, and navigate uncertainty.
- Technical proficiency with essential sales tools, including CRM systems, VOIP, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus.

- A desktop or laptop with an i5 processor and a minimum of 8 GB RAM, or an i3 processor for backup.
