Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement strategies to stimulate business growth and revenue through proactive sales efforts.
  • Partner with the marketing team to design and execute initiatives aimed at exploring new business channels.
  • Utilize sales automation, artificial intelligence, funnel management, and prospecting tools to cultivate a robust sales pipeline.
  • Establish objectives for the business development team and devise strategies to achieve these targets.
  • Generate financial reports and revenue forecasts.
  • Build and sustain valuable relationships through networking, meetings, and a strong presence on social media.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and develop strategies for fostering partnerships to scale the business.
  • Manage and direct the outbound sales team's performance, overseeing audits and enabling sales capabilities.
  • Train new sales team members on executing complete outbound sales activities.
  • Implement KPI tracking via HubSpot dashboards.
  • Continuously refine and improve the outbound efforts of the sales team to align with organizational strategic goals.
