Role Overview:
RapidSOS is at a pivotal moment in its journey. We've successfully developed category-defining products for emergency communications centers nationwide, and our data tells a powerful narrative , one that can shape our strategic decisions regarding investments, growth, and success.
We are seeking a Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics to transform our data into actionable insights. This role transcends traditional dashboard creation; it involves becoming the intelligence engine that drives decision-making at RapidSOS , from the executive team to the board and investors. You will define what constitutes 'good data' at RapidSOS, develop systems that continuously provide insights, and harness AI to execute this more efficiently and intelligently than conventional analytics teams. We are looking for a visionary who will construct an AI-enhanced decision-making engine for the organization.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the executive team on strategic planning, forecasting, and investment decisions , not merely reporting but actively influencing these choices.
- Oversee the analytical frameworks that guide resource allocation, performance evaluation, and identification of growth opportunities at RapidSOS.
- Lead initiatives to explore new market spaces and opportunities, driving innovation within the business.
