Role Overview:

We are seeking a Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics to transform our data into actionable insights. This role transcends traditional dashboard creation; it involves becoming the intelligence engine that drives decision-making at RapidSOS , from the executive team to the board and investors. You will define what constitutes 'good data' at RapidSOS, develop systems that continuously provide insights, and harness AI to execute this more efficiently and intelligently than conventional analytics teams. We are looking for a visionary who will construct an AI-enhanced decision-making engine for the organization.

Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the executive team on strategic planning, forecasting, and investment decisions , not merely reporting but actively influencing these choices.
Oversee the analytical frameworks that guide resource allocation, performance evaluation, and identification of growth opportunities at RapidSOS.
