What You Bring to the TableProficient in AI-driven workflows, utilizing tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor to enhance productivity. You believe that reliance on manual processes is a sign of inefficiency. A robust background with 7–10 years of experience in revenue operations, customer operations, or GTM operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. You have a track record of developing expansion and renewal strategies from the ground up. A foundation in management consulting (MBB or equivalent) complemented by hands-on operational experience. We seek someone who has transitioned from consultancy to operational roles. Demonstrated management capabilities, including leading individual contributors (ICs), managing contractors, and ensuring accountability for results. The team requires a leader who acts as a player-coach. Deep understanding of renewal and expansion operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, white space identification, health scoring, trigger criteria, CSM assignment logic, and account management allocations. You are well-versed in the mechanics of net retention. Analytical mindset: you are capable of writing SQL queries (or directing a copilot to do so), building user interfaces, and performing in-depth data analysis to derive actionable insights. Fluency in Salesforce.com operations. Experience in deal desk coordination, including contract operations, pricing approvals, and order form workflows. You have previously worked with or managed a deal desk. A commitment to documentation, systematization, and automation, transforming tribal knowledge into accessible and repeatable playbooks. A Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, Finance, or Economics.

About the Role


As the Director of Central GTM Strategy & Operations at Ivo, you will be the driving force behind operationalizing our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You will oversee renewals, expansion initiatives, customer operations, and deal desk processes. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Strategy & Operations, you will hold primary responsibility for the successful delivery of our strategic consulting engagements, including renewal automation, annual recurring revenue (ARR) infrastructure, and health scoring. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success Management (CSM) leadership to enhance customer execution, while also building and optimizing Deal Desk and Growth and Customer Operations.


In a landscape where pricing is increasingly shifting towards usage-based and API models, you will establish the operational framework for consumption-based renewals and expansion triggers. Your role will leverage artificial intelligence to maximize efficiency and automate processes that traditionally required extensive time from operations teams.


Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing our EMEA GTM Operations.
