Role Overview:
We are looking for a Client Implementation Director to spearhead the implementation of new and existing partners, encompassing merchants, platforms, and strategic alliances. You will be accountable for managing the complete implementation lifecycle from enrollment to rollout, ensuring our partners are fully operational, compliant, and poised for funding at launch.
In this pivotal role, you will act as the main executor with partners and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include overseeing product configuration, technical integration, operational readiness, risk and compliance adherence, funding workflows, and all tasks necessary to activate a program. This position is essential for scaling ClarityPay’s partner network while ensuring speed, quality, and regulatory compliance.
