Work Hours: This role requires alignment with Australian business hours (approximately 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday). However, as an independent contractor, you will have flexibility in managing your schedule.

Role Overview:
We are on the hunt for an impactful Head of Content & Conversion who can implement an established brand strategy while linking content output to tangible pipeline growth. This role is perfect for a commercially savvy leader capable of producing content at a rapid pace, ensuring every piece aids in lead generation and drives revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. The Brand Storyteller
- Embody the brand across all content platforms, ensuring a unified and distinctive voice that aligns with the company’s ethos and values.
- Craft strategic narratives for campaigns that translate effectively across various conversion channels (including paid ads, websites, emails, social media, catalogs, and lead magnets).
- Lead the development of compelling campaign concepts and storytelling angles to connect brand messaging with measurable outcomes in terms of pipeline and revenue.
- Guarantee that all content is focused on conversion while being emotionally engaging, on-brand, and strategically aligned with audience insights.
- Convert brand strategy into captivating content themes, messaging frameworks, and creative directions that resonate through all phases of the sales funnel.
- Act as the custodian of brand storytelling, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging hierarchy, and narrative across all platforms and assets.
2. The Content Orchestrator
- Oversee and coordinate a network of freelance creatives (including writers, editors, designers, and photographers).
- Manage high-volume content production across web, email, and social platforms.
- Ensure adherence to brand voice, quality standards, and timely delivery of content.
