We are seeking a passionate and strategic Director of Content Strategy who will craft engaging narratives that inform and inspire leaders in financial institutions about our rapidly expanding automation and artificial intelligence solutions.
Responsibilities
Design and implement a comprehensive content strategy across all platforms, simplifying intricate fraud and banking concepts into compelling narratives tailored for credit union and bank executives at various stages of their decision-making process.
Produce impactful content such as presentations, one-pagers, thought leadership pieces, videos, and customer testimonials that enhance brand awareness and drive conversions.
Lead content planning and campaign initiatives in collaboration with sales, product, and executive teams to ensure alignment of messaging with business objectives.
Work closely with the CEO and subject matter experts to develop thought leadership content that positions Casap as a thought leader in the fintech space.
Supervise external creative partners (agencies, freelancers) while ensuring strategic alignment and maintaining high-quality standards.
Leverage data and performance metrics to refine content effectiveness and guide future strategies.
Qualifications
4-8 years of proven experience in content strategy, brand storytelling, or marketing communications, ideally within the fintech, financial services, or B2B technology sectors.
Outstanding writing and content creation abilities, with a portfolio showcasing the talent to distill complex technical concepts for executive audiences.
Demonstrated experience in developing executive-level materials including presentation decks, one-pagers, and thought leadership content.
Strong collaboration skills to engage with various stakeholders across departments, including sales and product teams.
A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze content performance and apply insights to enhance future initiatives.
