Key ResponsibilitiesManage HubSpot CRM as our primary revenue system, acting as a strategic ally to the sales and customer success leadership. This role merges the development of our GTM organization's technology framework with the enhancement of operational efficiency throughout the customer lifecycle. Systems Design & AdministrationContinuously evaluate and optimize the design of the GTM tech stack to support scaling efforts;Ensure that the HubSpot CRM architecture (Sales, Service, Operations Hubs) is designed to facilitate future growth;Collaborate with the Revenue Systems Engineer to execute the CRM roadmap (you handle configurations, they focus on development);Establish governance by designing permissions, security protocols, and performance metrics, while ensuring compliance with system documentation for ISO certifications;Resolve issues and provide Level 2 support to revenue teams and operations staff;Monitor system performance, implement best practices, and optimize for scalability. Data Quality & Process DesignEstablish and uphold data quality standards across the CRM, partnering with Marketing and RevOps associates to ensure high-quality process execution;Assist the Business Analyst in identifying conversion drivers throughout the customer lifecycle funnel, aiding the Head of RevOps and Director of Customer Success in implementing recommendations;Collaborate closely with the Revenue Systems Engineer and AI automation teams to enhance operational efficiency.
