As the Customer Success Director for Financial Services in Canada, you will lead a diverse portfolio of clients. Acting as the primary advocate for our customers, you will develop and implement mutual success plans and engagement strategies that yield measurable results. Your executive presence and expertise in Finserv Source-to-Pay will enable you to guide customers in transforming their Business Spend Management practices, creating immediate value and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will be the key liaison between Coupa and our customers, nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders and customer leaders. You will craft high-level Customer Value Plans and retention strategies for significant accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives. Your deep expertise will drive enterprise-wide innovation and operational excellence.
We seek a dynamic leader with a proven track record in guiding customers toward value through the adoption of procurement, finance, and supply chain solutions. Successful candidates will have hands-on experience in enterprise Customer Success or Client Delivery Leadership, demonstrated thought leadership in Customer Success strategies, and a history of successful execution in fast-paced environments.
