Team & Customer Outcomes:Drive team-level NRR/GRR, activation, time-to-value, and product adoption. Lead Customer Success Managers and Onboarding teams across various customer segments, from long-tail to VIP. Ensure every customer experiences a structured and well-supported journey from contract signing to becoming a Sauce advocate. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and consistent execution to build trust internally and with customers. Build + Do (Player–Coach):Maintain and enhance onboarding and success playbooks to ensure clear expectations. Personally manage a select portfolio of strategic, complex, or at-risk accounts to remain attuned to customer needs and team dynamics. Collaborate with the Support team to resolve issues rapidly, identify trends, and translate insights into product or process enhancements. Exemplify persistence, positivity, and outcome-driven problem-solving for the team.
