Position Overview: Director of Customer Success

Locations: Boston, MA (Remote); Houston, TX (Hybrid); Denver, CO (Remote)

Reports to: Senior Director of Customer Success

Snapshot:
As the Director of Customer Success at Conga, you will lead and continuously develop a highly skilled team of experienced Enterprise and Strategic Customer Success Managers (CSMs), steering their partnerships with some of our most sophisticated and complex clients. You will provide leadership, expertise, and coaching to enhance your team's capabilities while exhibiting clear and independent ownership of your portfolio.
