Key Responsibilities:Sales Support & Deal EnablementAct as a strategic partner to Sales leadership on intricate, multi-year, global, and non-standard deal structures. Assist sellers in navigating pricing, packaging, approvals, and deal options to speed up closing timelines. Provide clear guidelines for deal structures and escalation points to prioritize rapid closure while ensuring positive customer outcomes. Help Sales balance deal velocity with economic considerations and revenue implications. Quote-to-Cash EnablementOversee the entire deal lifecycle from quote configuration to approval, contracting, billing readiness, revenue recognition, and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) alignment. Collaborate closely with Billing and Revenue Recognition teams to ensure deals are structured for accurate invoicing, reporting, and to support clean downstream processes. Own Deal Desk processes, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

We are seeking a Director for our Deal Desk (Strategy & Operations) to spearhead a sales-aligned Deal Desk function as part of our enterprise Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process. This pivotal role is both cross-functional and hands-on, dedicated to supporting our Sales team by facilitating complex, global enterprise deals while ensuring pricing consistency, billing readiness, and revenue compliance.

This position reports to the Senior Director of Financial Revenue Operations and works closely with Sales, Legal, Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Systems teams to expedite and streamline deal processes.
