Your Mission
Your goal will be to build and scale a standout demand generation engine that merges analytical, data-driven thinking with bold, creative execution that resonates with B2B buyers.
You will oversee the entire pipeline from start to finish, selecting the most effective channels, crafting compelling campaigns, and optimizing every stage of the funnel to drive substantial growth. You won't just implement programs; you'll redefine the demand generation strategy at HockeyStack.
Collaborating closely with our talented in-house creative team, including design, video, and social media, you'll breathe life into your concepts with the quality and storytelling they deserve. Our aim extends beyond mere demand generation; we seek to create memorable and impactful work.
This senior role demands high ownership in a fast-paced startup environment, where experimentation is encouraged, and accountability for revenue outcomes is paramount.
What You’ll Do
- Demand Generation Strategy: Design and lead the demand engine by integrating paid, organic, content-driven, and community channels into a seamless, always-active pipeline. Shift from MQL-centric strategies to signal-based and intent-driven programs that engage high-fit accounts at optimal moments.
- Creative Campaign Development: Collaborate with creative teams to execute innovative campaigns that capture attention and drive engagement.
