Our Development Events team is committed to creating and executing impactful events and experiences that strengthen relationships, inspire leadership, and boost progress within our donor partner network. We are currently in search of a Director of Events & Experiences to spearhead our Development Guest Experience initiatives, overseeing a diverse array of events and experiences. This role encompasses everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale flagship events, while also focusing on building and nurturing a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional and personalized guest experiences.

As a key leader within the events function, you will merge strategic foresight with operational excellence, ensuring that events are not only executed flawlessly but are also thoughtfully crafted to fulfill organizational goals and enhance the overall partner journey. This position is ideal for a collaborative and visionary leader who excels at developing talent and driving results in a dynamic, mission-oriented environment.
