We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of eDiscovery to join our team at Contact Government Services. This pivotal role involves leading a cutting-edge electronic discovery team for a major government project in Miami, FL. The Director of eDiscovery will play a crucial role in supporting government professionals through all stages of litigation, including project management, Electronically Stored Information (ESI) intake, data analysis, early case assessments, document production, and coordination with third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer day-to-day functions of litigation support software and eDiscovery databases, including database creation, data importing, searching, and document production.
- Process and publish electronically stored information relevant to cases.
- Prepare documents and exhibits for trials.
- Manage incoming media, maintain chain of custody, and ensure accurate tracking documentation.
- Develop internal processes by preparing workflows and documentation.
- Availability for overtime, including nights and weekends, as necessary.
- Collaborate directly with General Counsel, attorneys, law clerks, and legal assistants.
- Assist with troubleshooting technical issues within the eDiscovery platform.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations through training and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with eDiscovery vendors.
- Demonstrate a self-motivated attitude with a desire to shape the future of the department.
- Quickly adapt to new eDiscovery review platforms.
