Meeting revenue and sales targets through direct client engagement, while also supporting project leads in managing client relationships and project execution. Providing strong leadership and direction as part of the core consulting team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services to biopharmaceutical clients. Overseeing hiring, staffing, employee development, and fostering a positive company culture. Collaborating with various business units to devise and execute strategic initiatives.
