We collaborate directly with some of the largest users of Argo globally, facilitating mission-critical deployments for prestigious organizations such as Bloomberg, Intuit, CrowdStrike, and Centrica Energy. Your Responsibilities
Engineering Productivity, Processes, and Execution Strategy
Lead delivery, quality assurance, reliability, and focus across services and product engineering.
Translate company priorities into actionable plans, clear milestones, and tangible outcomes.
Maintain a balance between speed and pragmatism in a pre-product-market fit environment.
Craft lightweight execution systems that enable faster shipping with minimal coordination overhead.
Manage stakeholder relationships within the Engineering function, collaborating with the Management Team, Product, Go-to-Market, etc.
Engineering Organization Growth Strategy
Take full ownership of hiring, onboarding, performance management, feedback mechanisms, and setting standards.
Conduct 1:1 meetings, proactively address issues, and prevent “management/culture debt.”
Establish and enforce operational norms (communication, accountability, professionalism).
Design the organizational structure and team dynamics for future growth, not just current needs.
Oversee the interview process, leveling, offer negotiations, and closing strategies.
Build a team that prioritizes ownership and customer impact over bureaucracy.
Collaboration with Product
Foster close collaboration with the product team to align engineering efforts with product vision and user needs.
