Director of Enterprise Hackathons
About the Role
At Lovable, we are seeking an innovative and dynamic Director of Enterprise Hackathons. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused leader who can conceptualize and execute impactful hackathons that convert leads into loyal customers and transform customers into power users.
You will oversee the complete lifecycle of Enterprise Hackathons and AI Activation Programs, from pre-sales engagements with potential clients to onboarding and support initiatives for our largest enterprise partners.

Every event you lead should enhance the sales pipeline, increase product engagement, and strengthen our enterprise relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Execute Hackathons
Craft and implement exceptional hackathons for enterprise prospects and clients, including agenda creation, challenge development, on-site management, and post-event storytelling.Develop Scalable Playbooks
Create replicable frameworks and templates tailored for various hackathon formats, including pre-sales, onboarding, internal innovation, and partner events.Collaborate with Marketing & Field Teams
Work in tandem on event strategies, branding initiatives, and community engagement to elevate hackathons as signature experiences for Lovable.Drive Engagement & Adoption
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to connect each hackathon to quantifiable outcomes, such as product utilization, time-to-value, deal growth, or pilot transitions.Empower Internal Teams
Train internal personnel (CSMs, AEs, Engineers) on conducting their own streamlined activations utilizing your playbooks.Document and Promote Successes
Transform each hackathon into valuable content, including narratives, case studies, and insights that enrich Lovable's storytelling regarding AI innovation.
Who You Are
A natural creator , inventive, resourceful, and adept at engaging with customers.
Experienced in organizing or facilitating hackathons, innovation labs, or technical workshops in enterprise settings, accelerators, or tech firms.
Proficient in Customer Success, Go-To-Market (GTM) programs, Developer Relations, or Field Marketing.
Knowledgeable in balancing business goals with technical insights.
