Role Overview

The Director of Finance for Dublin reports directly to the VP of Business Finance. This leader guides financial performance and oversees financial operations for Verve Marketplace, the group’s largest AdTech business unit. The position supports a centralized Finance Operating Model and covers commercial finance, financial operations, and legal entity accounting. Close collaboration with Business Unit leadership is essential to support commercial decisions and maintain Group Finance standards and governance.

What You Will Do

Financial Operations

Oversee commercial financial operations, including revenue tracking, cost management, and working capital visibility.
Drive operational efficiency and promote continuous improvement in finance processes.
Maintain consistency, accuracy, and integrity of financial data across reporting systems.

Legal Entity Accounting

Lead and support timely and accurate financial close processes with Group Finance.
Ensure the Business Unit provides complete and accurate financial data for Group reporting.
Act as the main contact for accounting topics, ensuring compliance with Group policies and local regulations.

Governance and Controls

Uphold internal controls, financial policies, and governance standards.

We invite a dynamic Product Manager to join our Customer Success Team and contribute to this exciting journey.Role and ResponsibilitiesAs the Product Manager, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our product range.You will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of our product line, making strategic decisions informed by comprehensive market and competitor analysis.Develop and manage a roadmap that outlines the journey from product conception through design and into widespread release.This cross-functional role will require you to liaise effectively between various departments including Technology, Engineering, Logistics, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Operations to successfully bring products to market.Your primary objective will be to create and launch products that meet customer needs, driving market share and overall success.Day-to-Day ActionsOversee the Cross-Functional Product Management Process.Translate the business strategy into actionable product strategies.Take ownership of the product roadmap.Implement product strategies effectively.Lead initiatives across the organization to expedite product launches.Manage product profitability and commercial success, owning the business case.Provide valuable insights to stakeholders regarding the product, market trends, and commercial positioning.Supply product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messaging compared to competitors.Draft high-level requirements (User Stories) for Development Teams.Oversee all aspects of in-life products, including gathering customer feedback and addressing requirements and issues.Experience and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field.Proven experience in a dynamic product management role.
