Role Overview
As the Director of Finance Operations, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight of finance operations, encompassing month-end close processes, balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, and general accounting activities in accordance with company policies. This role requires leading a dedicated team, managing financial processes, and driving operational enhancements to align with the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Guide, mentor, and develop team members to ensure alignment with the company's policies and objectives.
  • Encourage a collaborative, high-performance culture thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exemplify a low-ego leadership style that fosters teamwork and open communication.
  • Maintain a “Best in Class” finance team that can quickly adapt to changes.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization to deliver key outcomes.

Financial Operations

  • Oversee full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing.
  • Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and financial reports.
  • Ensure timely payments and collections, coordinating with vendors and clients as necessary.
  • Supervise client account reconciliations and collections in TRAMS.
  • Accrue invoices received but not processed by period-end deadlines.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Deliver insights and trend analysis to guide financial strategies.
  • Produce monthly presentations, KPIs, and reports for leadership.
  • Assist with regulatory reporting and audit requirements.
